April 13, 2023 – Heather Marie, a stand-up comedian with a long history of performing for the U.S. military, is going on tour with Armed Forces Entertainment (AFE) this May. Alongside a team of very talented comedians, “Heather Marie and Friends” will be on tour from Saturday, May 8 through Tuesday, May 16. In addition to her many live shows for the military troops and their families, Heather Marie has made appearances on shows like “Weeds,” “Awkward,” and “CSI,” She is joined on this tour by Steven Briggs, Eric Blake, and Joey Medina.
Steven Briggs has a unique, high-energy style of comedy that keeps his audiences on their toes. His amusing anecdotes are enhanced by his use of sound effects, act-outs, and characters. Steven has garnered millions of views from his large online following, and has appeared on Netflix, MTV, Hulu, TruTV, and HBO. You have also seen him in commercials for ESPN, Dodge Ram, Toyota, Google, Oscar Mayer, Mountain Dew, and Call of Duty. Steven’s debut comedy album can regularly be heard on Sirius XM Radio.
Eric Blake has proven his worth night after night, performing to diversified audiences from coast to coast. Some of his performances include BET’s “Comic View,” which has aired on “The Best of Comic View” for the fourth consecutive year. He has also been televised on Galavision’s “Que Loco,” where he has displayed his cross- cultural abilities that have earned him a devoted Latino following.
Joey Medina is a veteran entertainer having made over 50 television appearances and completing his own SHOWTIME Comedy Special, “Joey Medina: Taking Off The Gloves”. Joey also hosted his own hilarious morning radio show in Los Angeles on KXOL 96.3 FM. Recently, he toured alongside Russell Peters in New Zealand and Australia where he performed in front of over 36,000 fans. He headlines comedy clubs, casinos and theaters throughout the United States and has also toured Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. He also has proudly performed for the U.S. Armed Forces during wartime in Bosnia, Kosovo, Kuwait, and Iraq as well as on the USS Roosevelt aircraft carrier.
