There’s a sound that lives in the islands—one that’s been passed down, sung on porches, learned in church pews and backyard jam sessions, and carried from one generation to the next. That’s where this trio comes from, and at the heart of it is Justin “Hana” Goodhue.

Hana has been singing for about as long as he’s been talking. Music found him early, and by the time he was in high school, he was already on stage performing with a group. From there, Hana stepped into solo work and spent years lending his voice as a backup vocalist for some of Hawaii’s most beloved artists, including Fiji, Johnny Suite, Fia, Josh Tatofi, and Rebel Souljahz. Along the way, he found his own voice too—one that carries the heartbeat of island reggae but isn’t afraid to lean into soul and R&B, the kind of sound that quiets a room and then fills it right back up with feeling.

Backed by Jericho Kahooilihala and Moses Ahuna, Hana leads the trio as one of the most requested acoustic acts in Hawaii, performing everywhere from intimate gatherings to major stages. Whatever the room, the trio brings the same thing every time—music that feels honest, warm, and unmistakably home.
