Winner of AFE Cirque Dreams Stars & Stripes Costume Design Contest Selected
News

Armed Forces Entertainment salutes Jaycee T., age 6, from Misawa AB, for winning AFE’s first Cirque Dreams Stars & Stripes Costume Design Contest. Her costume design has been produced into a costume and will be worn in the show by one of the performers.
“Jaycee’s design stood out and was selected by our team of costume designers as her imagination and non-traditional approach to incorporating stars & stripes in her costume sketch inspired an exciting, unique and colorful creation. We are proud to bring Jaycee’s costume to creation for all service members and their families to see on stage as part of Cirque Dreams Stars & Stripes” said Neil Goldberg, Broadway Director and Cirque Dreams Founder.
To honor Jaycee’s achievement, she will be invited on stage to be part of the show alongside the performer wearing her costume design. AFE and Cirque Dreams would like to thank all of the entrants for participating. We believe your creativity and artistic ability are inspiring.

Jaycee’s original design alongside the final costume brought to life. Congratulations, Jaycee!
