How do I get schedule information on specific shows?
We make it easy. The calendar and menu of events are categorized by genre and region, right here on our site.
-
Why do entertainers perform for the military?
Performers need to perform. It's in their DNA. Plus, going on tour with Armed Forces Entertainment is an opportunity for artists to give back and honor the sacrifices deployed servicemembers and their families make on behalf of our country. For up-and-coming artists, touring with AFE is a great way to build an audience. For established artists, it's an up-close-and-personal way to say thanks to fans.
-
How much do tickets cost?
It's FREE to attend every Armed Forces Entertainment show. Every single show, every single time.
-
Why are there occasional schedule changes?
Sometimes emergencies and personal challenges pop up for scheduled artists. Add the uncertainty of world politics, and tour agendas inevitably shift. We rush the updates to the effected venue and make changes to the online show schedule as quickly as possible. It doesn't happen often, but it does happen, and we're sorry for the inconvenience.

Can I invite non-military people to AFE events?
It depends on the rules of your installation. In general, yes, non-military guests are allowed at AFE shows. But military personnel are our priority.
From the battlefields in Iraq to the legendary Radio City Music Hall stage, the American Hitmen have done it all. Brothers and Marine Corps combat veterans Tim and Dan Cord founded the band with fellow Marines and musicians in 2005. After serving 4 honorable years and two combat tours in Iraq, they decided to leave the Marine Corps to pursue a career in music in 2007. In 2008, the brothers moved to Utah, where they fell into true harmony with the addition of drummer Phil Snyder and bassist Dave Briggs.
In late 2009, the band was invited to be the first American rock band in 36 years to perform in Vietnam. At the Ho Chi Minh City Hard Rock Cafe, the American Hitmen brought a new and unfamiliar sound to the Vietnamese people, performing Aerosmith’s “Walk This Way” with none other than Run-D.M.C. in front of a sold-out crowd on the night of the Hard Rock grand opening.
In 2013, the band auditioned for and made it through three elimination rounds on season eight of America’s Got Talent, finishing their run with a pitch-perfect live and televised performance at Radio City Music Hall. With their newfound popularity, the band hit the North American tour circuit with a fury! During the past 3 years, the American Hitmen have performed alongside some of the most internationally recognized musicians, such as the Foo Fighters, Journey, Living Colour, Black Stone Cherry, The Charlie Daniels Band, Sheryl Crow, 3 Doors Down, Social Distortion, and many more!
In the spring of 2020, American Hitmen reformed as the core trio of Dan, Phil, and Dave.
As of 2020, the American Hitmen have performed in 30 countries, four continents, and 43 U.S. states on both commercial and Armed Forces Entertainment tours. As a result, the American Hitmen have gained a sizable and loyal international following, leaving both civilian and military fans and venues begging for the band’s hasty return to their side of the world!
The American Hitmen are definitely becoming the true definition of all things American and rock ‘n’ roll.
