Comedians Greg Morton, Chingo Bling and Patrick DeGuire are scheduled to tour with Armed Forces Entertainment (AFE) with Operation Stand-Up for Service, part of AFE’s stand-up comedy series, AFE Brings the Laughs. The tour features seven performances at bases across Southwest Asia, January 7–17, 2025.
At age 16, Greg Morton got his first job as a public address announcer at a local department store. The same voice that grabbed the attention of shoppers went on to wow the judges on season 14 of “America’s Got Talent.”
Howie Mandel said, “I can’t believe there isn’t a banner with your name on it in Vegas!”
Since then, Morton has performed at and hosted “America’s Got Talent Presents Superstars Live” in Las Vegas at the Luxor Hotel. He also hosted “Mad Apple,” Cirque du Soleil’s latest hit show in New York City. You may recognize him from his multiple viral videos or Dry Bar Comedy special. He has a new comedy album entitled “In the Future,” which is currently in rotation on Sirius XM.
Chingo Bling is known for his insightful, unapologetic stand-up comedy and multiple viral videos. He is a fearless, cross-platform performer who has appeared in everything from feature films and MTV shows to comedic web series, musical parodies and sold-out live stand-up comedy shows all over the United States. Catch Chingo Bling’s comedy stand-up at the HA Comedy Festival, streaming now on HBO Max. You can also listen to his podcast, “Cafecito Time,” on all streaming platforms.
Patrick DeGuire started performing stand-up after losing a significant amount of vision and discovering laughter to be self-therapeutic. Soon after getting started, he won the Improv/Harrah’s National Comedy Club Talent Search, which led to numerous appearances on national television, including Comedy Central and “Que Locos!” on Galavision. DeGuire has been heard on nationally syndicated radio shows like “The Bob and Tom Show” and NPR. Patrick has performed or toured with such comedians as Tom Segura, Theo Von, Gary Owen, Tommy Davidson, Gabriel Iglesias, George Lopez and Paul Rodriguez. In addition to headlining at the top comedy clubs throughout the United States, he has also performed for the U.S. troops stationed overseas in the Bahamas, Bahrain, Caribbean, Cuba (Guantanamo Bay), Djibouti, Dubai, Greenland, Guam, Honduras, Iraq, Japan and Korea.
DeGuire’s material includes the advantages and disadvantages of living in a world with limited vision and the challenges that arise from it. He discusses the obstacles of relationships and being a father and stepfather to eight children. DeGuire also addresses an assortment of other insightful and hilarious topics.
Since 1951, AFE has been steadfast in its commitment to boosting the morale and well-being of servicemembers and their families stationed overseas through world-class live events and performances. This enduring dedication is a testament to our unwavering support for our military families.
