  • How do I get schedule information on specific shows?

    We make it easy. The calendar and menu of events are categorized by genre and region, right here on our site.

  • Why do entertainers perform for the military?

    Performers need to perform. It's in their DNA. Plus, going on tour with Armed Forces Entertainment is an opportunity for artists to give back and honor the sacrifices deployed servicemembers and their families make on behalf of our country. For up-and-coming artists, touring with AFE is a great way to build an audience. For established artists, it's an up-close-and-personal way to say thanks to fans.

  • How much do tickets cost?

    It's FREE to attend every Armed Forces Entertainment show. Every single show, every single time.

  • Why are there occasional schedule changes?

    Sometimes emergencies and personal challenges pop up for scheduled artists. Add the uncertainty of world politics, and tour agendas inevitably shift. We rush the updates to the effected venue and make changes to the online show schedule as quickly as possible. It doesn't happen often, but it does happen, and we're sorry for the inconvenience.

  • Can I invite non-military people to AFE events?

    It depends on the rules of your installation. In general, yes, non-military guests are allowed at AFE shows. But military personnel are our priority.

Chef Robert Irvine

Robert Irvine is a world-class chef, fitness authority, and philanthropist. He seeks to inspire people to live better through all his endeavors. A tireless supporter of veterans, he gives back to those who defend our freedoms.

In addition to his restaurants—Robert Irvine’s Public House at the Tropicana in Las Vegas and Fresh Kitchen by Robert Irvine inside the Pentagon—he is the owner of FitCrunch, whose protein bars, powders, and snacks are available nationwide; Robert Irvine Foods, which makes prepared, restaurant-quality dishes available in grocery stores; and the Lansdale, Pennsylvania-based Boardroom Spirits, creators of handcrafted vodka, rum, whiskey, and more.

A portion of the proceeds from all of Irvine’s endeavors benefits the Robert Irvine Foundation. Created in 2014, the foundation gives back to our servicemembers and first responders. Funds raised help at-need veterans and first responders in a variety of ways: by training service dogs, making mental health and wellness services available to veterans in need, providing mobility devices for people with disabilities, and much more.

For his charitable work and service on numerous USO tours, Irvine is the recipient of several civilian honors, including Honorary Chief Petty Officer of the U.S. Navy and the Medal of Honor Society’s Bob Hope Award. When not filming for television or working overseas with the USO, he can be found on tour with Robert Irvine LIVE, an unpredictable, interactive cooking challenge performed before a live audience in packed theaters.
