Tour FAQs
  • How do I get schedule information on specific shows?

We make it easy. The calendar and menu of events are categorized by genre and region, right here on our site.

  • Why do entertainers perform for the military?

Performers need to perform. It's in their DNA. Plus, going on tour with Armed Forces Entertainment is an opportunity for artists to give back and honor the sacrifices deployed servicemembers and their families make on behalf of our country. For up-and-coming artists, touring with AFE is a great way to build an audience. For established artists, it's an up-close-and-personal way to say thanks to fans.

  • How much do tickets cost?

It's FREE to attend every Armed Forces Entertainment show. Every single show, every single time.

  • Why are there occasional schedule changes?

Sometimes emergencies and personal challenges pop up for scheduled artists. Add the uncertainty of world politics, and tour agendas inevitably shift. We rush the updates to the effected venue and make changes to the online show schedule as quickly as possible. It doesn't happen often, but it does happen, and we're sorry for the inconvenience.

  • Can I invite non-military people to AFE events?

It depends on the rules of your installation. In general, yes, non-military guests are allowed at AFE shows. But military personnel are our priority.

John K

John K writes, performs, and creates with intention. Following a stratospheric rise to multiplatinum heights on his terms, the onset of fatherhood, and a season of other life changes, the Orlando-based singer and songwriter crafts the kinds of songs that can make you recall the best memories of your life, prepare you to face any challenge, and remind you to live in the moment—with a smile.

Since emerging, his music has generated over 1.3 billion streams and almost 100 million music video views across projects such as “if we never met” [2019], “love + everything else” [2020], and “in case you miss me” [2021]. His breakthrough smash, “if we never met,” reached double-platinum status, and he shined on collaborations with Kelsea Ballerini, ROSIE, Don Diablo, Jake Scott, and others.

Noted for his impeccable live vocals and magnetic stage presence, John K has packed houses on tours with names like OneRepublic and Marc E. Bassy, and has lit up NBC’s The Today Show in addition to performing for 15,000 fans in South Korea, where his album “love + everything else” is certified diamond and his single “parachute” is four times platinum. Not to mention, he incited applause from Billboard, Flaunt, L’Officiel, MTV, and Rolling Stone, among other media outlets.

Pink Sweat$

Pink Sweat$ is an artist, songwriter, and producer from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Sweat$’ music is rooted in R&B and Soul, stripping back the typical genre-specific production to showcase melodic intricacy and lyrical prowess. He began making music at the age of 19 as a demo vocalist and soon after found himself working at the legendary Sigma Sound Studios, where he began his career as a songwriter.

After seven years of working behind the scenes, Sweat$ launched as a solo artist in July 2018. The rapid rise of his debut EP, “Volume 1,” has earned him recognition from music and news outlets such as The New York Times, Rolling Stone, Billboard, and The FADER.
