Theory of a Deadman Press Release
Rock group Theory of a Deadman is scheduled to tour at bases in Hawaii as part of the biennial Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) maritime exercise and annual Armed Forces Entertainment (AFE) Heat Wave summer event series, July 3-4, 2024.
From the small town of North Delta, British Columbia, Theory of a Deadman released their self-titled album in 2002. In addition to the 2008 double-platinum breakthrough album “Scars & Souvenirs” and 2011 gold-certified album “The Truth Is… ,” the band has produced a procession of hits, including the gold-certified “All or Nothing,” platinum-certified “Angel,” and double-platinum “Bad Girlfriend,” along with other popular hits like “Lowlife” and “Not Meant to Be.”
Their 2017 album, “Wake Up Call,” featured the triple-platinum song “Rx (Medicate),” which marked their third #1 on the Billboard Hot Mainstream Rock chart and garnered a nomination for Rock Song of the Year at the iHeartRadio Music Awards. The award-winning band’s 2020 studio album “Say Nothing,” featuring the chart-topping and powerful single “History of Violence,” landed at #2 on the Billboard Alternative Albums chart and #3 on the Rock Albums chart.
Their most recent album, “Dinosaur,” which was released in 2023, features their radio hit “Dinosaur” and marks an overall return to stylistic form. Theory of a Deadman’s impressive catalog has also logged two top 10 debuts on the Billboard Top 200 and amassed more than 1 billion collective streams on Spotify and more than 700 million views on their official YouTube channel.
