May 1, 2023 – Rock band Autumn Kings will be touring with Armed Forces Entertainment (AFE) as part of this year’s Heat Wave campaign. They will be performing in nine shows, from Saturday, June 24 to Saturday, July 8, 2023. Originally formed in LaSalle, Ontario, Canada, the group got their start in the live music scene in Detroit, and now tours throughout North America.
While they attribute a wide range of influences to their sound, Autumn Kings describe themselves as “the offspring of Linkin Park and Fallout Boy.” After meeting while working together at a grocery store, founding members Jake Diab and Joe Coccimiglio formed the band in 2015. With the support of fans at home and abroad, they continue to release new music, and currently have over 20 million plays of their music on streaming platforms.
As artists, Autumn Kings believe that music goes beyond traditional genre boundaries. This belief has curated their unique sound, with heavy emphasis on powerful vocals and guitar riffs that borrow from traditional rock, alternative music, rap, and heavy metal.
They have toured with well-known groups like X-Ambassadors, Pop Evil, Sublime with Rome, Mutemath, Dorothy, Billy Raffoul, Aaron Lewis, and others.
The tour is presented by AFE. Since 1951, AFE has been providing the best performances for U.S. troops and their families stationed overseas, and they are committed to boosting the morale and well-being of service members through world-class live events and performances.
