Why do entertainers perform for the military?
Performers need to perform. It's in their DNA. Plus, going on tour with Armed Forces Entertainment is an opportunity for artists to give back and honor the sacrifices deployed servicemembers and their families make on behalf of our country. For up-and-coming artists, touring with AFE is a great way to build an audience. For established artists, it's an up-close-and-personal way to say thanks to fans.

It's FREE to attend every Armed Forces Entertainment show. Every single show, every single time.

Why are there occasional schedule changes?
Sometimes emergencies and personal challenges pop up for scheduled artists. Add the uncertainty of world politics, and tour agendas inevitably shift. We rush the updates to the effected venue and make changes to the online show schedule as quickly as possible. It doesn't happen often, but it does happen, and we're sorry for the inconvenience.

Can I invite non-military people to AFE events?
It depends on the rules of your installation. In general, yes, non-military guests are allowed at AFE shows. But military personnel are our priority.
Nick Hoffman is a country music artist, songwriter, radio host, entrepreneur, television host, pilot and outdoorsman. Since running away from home at 16 to pursue his dreams of country music stardom, his career has continued to grow. He has shared the stage with some of the biggest superstars in country music, such as Kenny Chesney, Keith Urban, Brooks & Dunn, Trace Adkins and more. He and his former band “The Farm” were signed to Warner Brothers Nashville and have two Top 20 hits.
In addition to his career as a musician, Nick Hoffman is also an avid outdoorsman and host of “Nick’s Wild Ride” on The Outdoor Channel. He is also the host of two critically acclaimed radio shows on Apple Music and an entrepreneur, writer and pilot. A native of Nowthen, Minn., Nick Hoffman now lives outside of Nashville, Tenn., with his wife and daughter.
A country fiddler with a rock edge and a city girl with a love of horses: Natalie Murphy is the perfect combination. Her 2020 single, “Something I Can Dance To,” co-written with rising country star Larry Fleet, brought a modern take to a familiar theme of forgetting your troubles, grabbing a drink, getting out and dancing, which landed her accompanying debut music video on CMT.com. She followed it up in 2021 with her release of “California,” a nostalgic testament to summer love that does not end in the fall and a duet, “I Don’t Miss You,” with longtime friend Chris Kroeze, runner-up on season 15 of “The Voice.”
Most recently, she released the ballad “Proving Me Wrong,” with honest and heartfelt lyrics that speak directly to overcoming self-doubt. As a songwriter, she has collaborated with Grammy-nominated country artist Cam and fellow artist Larry Fleet.
Natalie Murphy’s singing and songwriting have brought her around the world. She has appeared on the Grand Ole Opry alongside legends like “Whispering” Bill Anderson, Pam Tillis, Lukas Nelson and Eddie Vedder and performed with Jon Pardi, Terri Clark, Travis Tritt and Maggie Rose.
